PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Multi-Layer Corrosion Protection for Zinc Steel Fencing

Unlike a basic untreated steel fence, this product uses a layered finishing concept. The zinc-protected steel provides the structural base and first corrosion barrier; electrophoretic coating forms a uniform protective film over prepared metal surfaces; the powder-coated exterior provides the final architectural color and additional environmental protection.

STRUCTURE

Strong Steel Frame

Steel rails, pickets and posts provide a rigid fence structure for garden, residential, commercial and selected security applications.

ANTI-CORROSION

Electrophoretic E-Coat Layer

Electrophoretic coating helps create a consistent protective layer across prepared metal components before the exterior powder finish.

FINISH

Powder-Coated Surface

The outer powder coat provides color, texture and additional weather protection for outdoor use.

COATING STRUCTURE

Four-Part Fence Protection System

01Steel SubstrateStructural steel tube, rail, picket and post components provide strength and shape.
02Zinc ProtectionA zinc-protected steel surface provides the first corrosion-resistance layer around the steel substrate.
03Electrophoretic CoatingE-coat forms a uniform protective film after suitable surface preparation.
04Powder CoatingThe exterior powder finish adds architectural color and another protective barrier.

Final pretreatment, zinc specification, electrophoretic coating parameters and powder specification should be confirmed according to the actual production order and required test standard.

KEY ADVANTAGES

Why Use an Electrophoretic + Powder-Coated Zinc Steel Fence?

Multi-Layer Protection

Zinc protection, E-coat and powder coating work together as a multi-stage corrosion-protection and finishing system.

Steel Strength

Steel construction provides a rigid structure suitable for perimeter, garden and selected security applications.

Architectural Finish

Powder coating offers a clean, consistent appearance with multiple standard and custom colors.

Low Routine Maintenance

Properly finished steel fencing generally requires less routine repainting than untreated carbon steel.

Custom Design

Panel dimensions, picket style, spacing, posts, decorative details and color can be developed for project needs.

Modular Installation

Panel-and-post systems can be designed around bolted or modular connections for practical site installation.

Residential to Commercial

Suitable for homes, gardens, communities, schools, commercial properties and selected industrial boundaries.

OEM / Wholesale

Available for contractors, distributors and project buyers requiring repeatable international supply.

APPLICATIONS

Outdoor Fence Applications

Residential Homes

Front yards, gardens, side boundaries and residential perimeter fencing.

Residential Communities

Repeatable steel fence modules for managed communities and property developments.

Schools & Public Facilities

Open-visibility or security-oriented perimeter fencing according to project requirements.

Commercial Properties

Office, retail, mixed-use and commercial landscape boundaries.

Factories & Warehouses

Selected perimeter applications where rigid steel fencing and controlled access are required.

Parks & Gardens

Decorative and durable outdoor fencing for public and private landscape areas.

Municipal Projects

Project-specific steel fence solutions for public and infrastructure-related applications.

Custom Projects

OEM/ODM development based on drawings, samples, dimensions and project finish requirements.

POWDER-COATED COLORS

Black, Grey, Green, White & Custom RAL

The powder-coated top layer allows the zinc steel fence to match different architectural and landscape environments. Black and dark grey work well for modern residential and commercial projects, while green is commonly used in garden and public landscape fencing. Custom RAL colors can be evaluated for project orders.

  • Matte black
  • Anthracite / dark grey
  • Green
  • White
  • Custom RAL
  • Texture options by project

QUALITY CONTROL

Check Both Structure and Surface Finish

For a multi-layer zinc steel fence, quality control should verify not only panel dimensions and welding but also surface preparation, coating coverage, cure condition, visible finish and packaging protection.

  • Steel component and dimension check
  • Welding and panel squareness
  • Surface-preparation review
  • Electrophoretic coating coverage
  • Powder-coated surface inspection
  • Color consistency review
  • Connection and accessory check
  • Protective export packaging

FAQ

Electrophoretic Zinc Steel Fence FAQs

What is an electrophoretic zinc steel powder-coated fence?

It is a steel fence that uses zinc protection together with an electrophoretic coating layer and an exterior powder-coated finish to create a multi-layer outdoor surface system.

What is the purpose of electrophoretic coating?

Electrophoretic coating, often called E-coat, is used to form a uniform protective film on properly prepared metal parts before the final exterior finish.

Why add powder coating after E-coat?

The powder-coated layer provides the visible architectural color and adds another barrier between the metal system and the outdoor environment.

Can the fence size be customized?

Yes. Height, panel width, picket style, spacing, post structure and connection method can be developed according to the project.

What colors are available?

Black, grey, green and white are practical options, while custom RAL colors can be produced according to order requirements.

Is this the same as a standard galvanized fence?

No. A standard galvanized fence may use zinc protection alone or zinc plus powder coating. This new product adds an electrophoretic coating stage before the powder-coated exterior finish.

Can it be used for commercial or public projects?

Yes. It can be considered for residential, commercial, school, public-facility and selected industrial perimeter projects, subject to the required dimensions, loading and local project specifications.
